I have no idea what made me think of this, but I’m so much happier now that I’ve found it.
Back when Video Jukebox first came to Springfield (I’m thinking about 1990 or so), my friends and I watched it religiously. We never called in to request a video (dialing 900 numbers would get a 15-year-old in trouble in those days); we just amused ourselves picking apart the tastes of the people who did call.
